The Love of Lust
Instruction of a father
"Love is a feeling and love is a song that seizes
our heart and we are carried along."
"We must follow love where e'er it doth take us
and we must become what e're it doth make us"
"Son consider the feeling and of the song look
thou well, for there is more truth that it doesn't tell"
"If the feeling doth wane and were the song not
well heard, would this then render love just a word?"
"Nay father tis true that it doesn't so seem
that then love be a phantom or love be a dream"
"But what say we of love where she starts? where
she ends? who is her focus and of whom she befriends?"
"Son guard thy heart against love with no rules,
for thou wilt become the song of the fools"
"For love without eyes becomes love of a
feeling. If love is not wise, its own self is it killing"
"If Love were a child it’d be youthful lust, and
where it doth take us we never should trust"
"Father, where is the line betwixt love and
lust? Seems that it cannot be found- yet it must"
"Son the feeling of love and of lust is the
same, thus the feeling alone must love not be so named"
"For there is a spirit and there is a soul, and
if love hath no eyes then lust takes control."
"Many in darkness to this truth they are blind.
The path from this error they never thus find"
"For there is love for a person that is noble
and just; and there is love of that feeling which then becomes lust"
"For this lust ignores wisdom that bringeth it
life, it wants for itself thus with error is it rife"
"The counsel of God must become paths for our
feet, til its perfect work in our heart is complete"
"Father I see that thy mouth speakest well, and
love without truth will lead one to hell."
"For if we love one in truth we will protect at
all cost, even if it leaves us with a permanent loss."
